CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Livoram, Elzer Straße 99, 31137 Hildesheim, Germany, Email: info@livoram.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functioning.

GENERAL NOTES

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3. Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
